Order Production and Shipping Process

1: Within 24 hours of placing the order, we will start processing your order. If there is a prescription problem with the order, we will contact you by email.

2: After 24 hours, we will start arranging processing and production, and the estimated time is 2-10 working days (the installation and production time of ordinary lenses is about 1-2 working days, and the installation and production time of complex lenses is about 5 to 8 working days).

3: After the production is completed, personnel will be arranged to check the lenses and prescriptions.

4: Arrange packaging and shipment, and an email notification will be sent after shipment.

5: Logistics time: It is estimated that it will be delivered to your home within 7-15 working days after shipment.

When can I receive the package after placing an order?

Depending on the complexity of the lenses in the order, the package can usually be received within 5-20 working days.

How do I track the shipment of my order?

In my account, you can check the status of each order at any time.

Which countries/regions can you ship to?

You can view the full list of countries/regions where we ship glasses on the payment page. Click on the country drop-down window and you will see a list of countries.

How does international shipping work?

We offer free international shipping with a flat-rate international courier. Most packages arrive within 5-15 business days after your glasses are produced and ready to ship, but international shipments are often subject to import taxes, which vary by country and may delay delivery by a few days.

Can you ship my glasses overnight?

Sorry, we do not offer overnight shipping.

I live in one country but would like to ship to another. Is that possible?

Of course! Please make sure the shipping address you select is the address you would like your glasses to be delivered to.

What if my package is damaged?

Please contact our customer service team immediately by emailing customerservice@leoptique.com. We will replace your damaged glasses as soon as possible.
