Return & Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION
We will start processing your order within 12 hours after you confirm payment, and start production within 24 hours. You can cancel the order at will within 24 hours of payment (cancel in the personal center-order center). If the order has been produced more than 24 hours after payment, you need to contact customer service to cancel the order. Customer service will refund the full amount or deduct a small amount of labor costs based on the order production situation. If the order has been shipped, you will receive a refund of 50% of the paid product price, plus the shipping cost if it is paid.
RETURN
Free returns are available for all orders within 30 days of shipping, provided the return conditions specified below are met.
If you are not satisfied with a product, the product may be returned for a 50% refund (excluding shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a one-time 100% store credit refund (excluding shipping cost) to be used to repurchase the products on website.
If you return a product for manufacturing defect within the 30 days warranty period, it will be replaced at no charge. Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days.
